    Appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system or an approved booking platform. Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent via email or text message.

    3.2 Client Information

    You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services.

    3.3 Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to book services, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • 4.1 Payment Methods

    Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square. Avalon Sunless Beauty does not store full payment card information.

    4.2 Pricing

    Prices are subject to change at any time. The price listed at the time of booking or purchase is the price you agree to pay.

    4.3 Authorization

    By providing a payment method, you authorize Avalon Sunless Beauty to charge your card for:

    • Scheduled services

    • Late cancellations

    • No-show fees

    • Applicable service charges

  • 5.1 Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

    • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee

    • No-shows may be charged up to 75% of the service total

    • A minimum cancellation fee of $35 may apply

    5.2 Late Arrivals

    Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Full service is not guaranteed for late arrivals.

  • 6.1 Health Conditions

    You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications prior to your appointment. Failure to disclose may result in adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results.

    6.2 Pre-Care & Aftercare

    Clients agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Avalon Sunless Beauty. These instructions are required to achieve proper results.

  • Results vary based on individual skin type, preparation, lifestyle, and aftercare. Avalon Sunless Beauty does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for variations in results.

  • 8.1 Retail Products

    • All retail sales are final

    • Refunds or replacements are only available for items damaged during shipping

    • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos to info@avalonsunlessbeauty.com

    • Replacements are subject to availability

    8.2 Courses & Digital Products

    All digital products, courses, and training materials are final sale and non-refundable.

  • By receiving services or tagging Avalon Sunless Beauty on social media, you grant permission for Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha, Alietha Hahn LLC, and its contractors to use images or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

    You may revoke consent in writing at any time.

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, branding, and educational materials, is the property of Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
