Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes online courses, training programs, digital products, service packages, add-ons, and retail items.

Refunds or exchanges are only considered for physical products that arrive damaged during transit. To be eligible, you must email info@avalonsunlessbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed, our team will provide next steps and coordinate a replacement if available. If a replacement is not immediately available, we will work with our suppliers to ship a replacement as soon as possible; however, replacement timelines are not guaranteed. In-person retail purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued for digital products, courses, or services once purchased.
